Scala, Inc. (TSE:4845) concluded a contract to acquire 66% stake in Leo Connect Co., Ltd from Hikari Tsushin, Inc. (TSE:9435) for ¥67 million on February 14, 2018. Under the terms, Scala, Inc will acquire 674 shares. For the financial year ended December 31, 2017, Leo Connect Co., Ltd reported net assets of ¥54 million and total assets of ¥261 million. The transaction is resolved by the Board of Directors of Scala, Inc. The transaction is expected to close on February 28, 2018.
