Jiangxi Chengding New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 30 million in an equity round of funding from new investor Shenzhen Coship Electronics Co., Ltd. on April 10, 2023. Post to the closing , the investor will acquire 60% stake in the company and Jiangxi Jiangding New Energy Technology Co., Ltd will decrease its stake from 100% to 40% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor at its 27th session of the company's 6th directorate.
On June 15, 2023, the company announced that it has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures and renewed a new business license.
