SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES AG postponed the publication of the audited financial statements for the business years 2020 and 2021 scheduled for January 31, 2023. The responsible auditor KPMG AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Frankfurt, has informed the company that KPMG can only issue the auditor's opinions once further audit procedures have been carried out with regard to the positive going concern forecast of the company. It is currently not clear when the final audit procedures can be completed.

However, KPMG has stated that it is aware of the urgency of the matter. The Company currently expects that the audit opinions can be issued in the coming weeks. The Company is in advanced negotiations on the conclusion of new financing agreements with a volume of up to €20 million, which would provide the Company with sufficient financing.

If the planned new financing does not materialize due to the further postponement of the audits, this could jeopardize the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. The Company will therefore continue to closely monitor the existence of a positive going concern forecast on the basis of its liquidity planning.
