On March 21, 2014, Solera National Bancorp, Inc. terminated the employment of Robert J. Fenton as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company in accordance with paragraph 22c of Mr. Fenton's employment agreement which was reported on Form 8-K filed on September 14, 2010. The company intends to enter into a separation agreement with Mr. Fenton and will amend this Current Report on Form 8-K to provide the required information when available.
