Soneri Bank Limited Reports Earnings Results for the Second Quarter and Six Months Ended June 30, 2022

Soneri Bank Limited is a Pakistan-based company, which is engaged in banking services. The Bank operates through four segments: Retail Banking, Corporate, Islamic, and Trading and Sales. Retail Banking segment provides all retail related lending's and banking services (including staff, consumer, and SME financing) as well as deposits mobilized from retail branches. Its Corporate segment includes providing financing and services to corporate customers including services in connection with mergers and acquisitions, underwriting, privatization, securitization, syndication, initial public offers (IPOs), and others. It also includes deposits mobilized from corporate branches. Its Islamic segment includes Islamic branches income and expenses. Its Trading and Sales segment includes fixed income, equity, foreign exchanges, lending's and repos. The Bank operates with approximately 412 including 41 Islamic banking branches. It has a network of approximately 370 ATMs across the country.
