The Company operates through two segments: Property consultancy and management, and Investment business. The Property consultancy and management segment is engaged in advisory services relating to property development and property management to customers. The Investment business segment is engaged in short-term loans to third parties. The Company’s wholly owned subsidiaries include Sunrise Industrial (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Sunrise Investment Limited.
