Takaoka Toko Co., Ltd. (TSE:6617) signed a basic agreement to acquire Electrical Energy Meter Replacement Business from Tokyo Keiki Kogyo Co., Ltd. on October 10, 2013. Takaoka Toko Co., Ltd. (TSE:6617) signed a business transfer agreement to acquire Electrical Energy Meter Replacement Business from Tokyo Keiki Kogyo Co., Ltd. on August 22, 2014. Electrical Energy Meter Replacement Business recorded ¥7.54 billion of revenue and ¥200 million of operating profit for the year ended March 31, 2014. The transaction is expected to close on October 1, 2014.
