From April 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023, the company has repurchased 110,000 shares, representing 1.34% for $2.67 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 341,758 shares, representing 4.13% for $9.17 million under the buyback announced on February 25, 2021.
Timberland Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for Timberland Bank (the Bank). The Bank is a community-oriented bank, which offers a variety of savings products to its retail and business customers while concentrating its lending activities on real estate secured loans.
