Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited Recommends Cash Dividend for the Year Ended on June 30, 2020

Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution Company Limited (TGTDCL) is a Bangladesh-based oil, gas and mineral company. The Company is focused on transmitting natural gas from the gas fields to different areas to distribute the same to the consumers in power, fertilizer, industrial, commercial, captive power, feed gas for compressed natural gas (CNG), and domestic categories within its franchise areas via greater Dhaka and Mymensingh districts. Its development activities include removal/disconnection of illegal gas pipeline, pipeline expansion and modification, civil works, energy efficiency and conservation, and prepaid meter installation. The Company's projects include Supply Efficiency Improvement Project; Installation of Prepaid Gas Gas Meter Project; Sreepur - Joydebpur city gate station (CGS) gas transmission pipeline construction project, and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM). It provides industrial connection, captive power connection and domestic connection for its customers.
