Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 140,700 shares, representing 0.48% of the total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares. The company will repurchase 105,000 shares from The Tokyo Tomin Bank, Ltd and 35,700 shares from The Yachiyo Bank, Ltd. The acquisition will be by dividends in kind.
