Tokyo TY Financial Group, Inc. (TSE:7173) signed share transfer contract to acquire 15% stake in Sky Ocean Asset Management Co., Ltd from The Bank of Yokohama, Ltd. and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited on August 29, 2016. Tokyo TY Financial Group will acquire 9000 shares of Sky Ocean. Bank of Yokohama will sell 6% and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank will sell 9% stake. The transaction is expected to complete on September 16, 2016.
