Beijing Huayi Yinhe Technology Co., Ltd. entered into a equity share transfer agreement to acquire Transcosmos Investment Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from transcosmos inc. (TSE:9715) for approximately CNY 220 million on April 16, 2020. The transaction is expected to be completed by January, 2021. As per announcement of November 27, 2020, the expected completion date of the transaction is extended to August, 2021. As announcement of August 17, 2021, the expected completion date of the transaction is extended to February 2022. On December 29, 2021, the transfer date further extended to a date no later than June 30, 2022.
Beijing Huayi Yinhe Technology Co., Ltd. cancelled the acquisition of Transcosmos Investment Consulting (Beijing) Co., Ltd. from transcosmos inc. (TSE:9715) on June 30, 2022. transcosmos received a termination fee of CNY 43 million.
