transcosmos inc. (TSE:9715) agreed to acquire 80.5% stake in Toshiba Products Marketing Inc. from Toshiba Digital Solutions Corporation on August 26, 2019. Completion is expected to take place on November 1, 2019. Post completion, Toshiba Products Marketing Inc will become subsidiary of transcosmos inc.
