Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d. (LJSE:POSR) and Zavarovalnica Triglav, d.d. (LJSE:ZVTG) entered into a contract to acquire Diagnosticni center Bled d.o.o. from Cinxro Holdings Ltd, Arx Equity Partners Limited and others on August 8, 2019. The completion of the transaction is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions.

As of June 22, 2012, the Company acquired a 100% stake in Investicijsko podjetje, Trgovanje z lastnimi nepremicninami doo from Sava dd.
