Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Pozavarovalnica Sava d.d. ('Sava Reinsurance Company'), Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana, hereby announces the following:
Via its 100 percent stake in Velebit usluge, d.o.o., Zagreb, Sava Reinsurance Company has a 75.27 percent interest in Velebit osiguranje d.d., Zagreb and a 69.58 percent interest in Velebit životno osiguranje d.d., Zagreb.
In order to optimize the operations of the Sava Re Group, Sava Reinsurance Company decided to transfer the ownership of both the Croatian insurance companies directly to itself. Accordingly, on 7 July 2015 it initiated winding-up proceedings against Velebit usluge. Velebit usluge carried on no other activities apart from being the owner of the two insurers.
This announcement will be available on the Company's website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.

It operates as a parent company of Sava Re Group, which comprises direct insurance and pension undertakings.
