Pozavarovalnica Sava, d.d. (LJSE:POSR) agreed to acquire 77% stake in KBM Infond, druzba za upravljanje, d.o.o. from Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor d.d. on December 24, 2018. Pozavarovalnica Sava will be acquiring two shares, representing 77% of registered share capital of the KBM Infond. Completion of the transaction is condition with satisfaction of certain conditions precedent, including inter alia the approval of the relevant regulatory bodies.

Pozavarovalnica Sava dd (or Sava Reinsurance Plc), also known as Sava Re dd, is a Slovenia-based reinsurance undertaking. It operates as a parent company of Sava Re Group, which comprises direct insurance and pension undertakings.
