Atok-Big Wedge Co., Inc. announced at the AGM held on July 30, 2020, the shareholders elected Atty. Cliburn Anthony A. Orbe was elected as Executive Committee Secretary. Further, Ms. Cristina B. Zapanta was designated as Compliance Officer under the Anti-Money Laundering Manual. Atty. Cliburn Anthony A. Orbe was further appointed Compliance Officer and Atty. Jonamel G. Israel-Orbe as Deputy Compliance Officer under the Manual on Corporate Governance. Atty. Cliburn Anthony A. Orbe and Atty. Jonamel G. Israel-Orbe were designated as the Corporation's Corporate Information Officers for disclosure requirements of the Philippine Stock Exchange and Securities and Exchange Commission.

Forum Energy Ltd is a gas & oil exploration and production company with a portfolio of projects in the Philippines. Among these projects is Service Contract No. (SC) 72 where Forum holds 70% equity.
