Its subsidiaries include AB Stock Transfer Corporation (ABSTC) and Tidemark Holdings Limited. Its ABSTC is engaged in establishing, operating, and acting as transfer agent and/or registrar of corporations. Tidemark Holdings Limited owns an approximately 20% interest in Forum Energy Ltd. Forum Energy Ltd is a gas & oil exploration and production company with a portfolio of projects in the Philippines. Among these projects is Service Contract No. (SC) 72 where Forum holds 70% equity.
