The Company operates through two segments: Mining, Exploration and Development, and Stock Transfer Agency. Its subsidiaries include AB Stock Transfer Corporation (ABSTC) and Tidemark Holdings Limited. Its ABSTC is engaged in establishing, operating, and acting as transfer agent and/or registrar of corporations. Tidemark Holdings Limited owns an approximately 20% interest in Forum Energy Ltd. Forum Energy Ltd is a gas & oil exploration and production company with a portfolio of projects in the Philippines. Among these projects is Service Contract No. (SC) 72 where Forum holds 70% equity.
