On January 16, 2024, the Board of Directors of Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.10 per common share. This is an increase of $0.02 per common share, or 25%, from the dividend declared in October 2023. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 1, 2024.
