On April 18, 2023, Bank of the James Financial Group, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on or about June 16, 2023, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 2, 2023.

It also provides investment advisory services through its wholly owned subsidiary, Pettyjohn, Wood & White, Inc.
