Kona Grill, Inc. filed a motion in the US Bankruptcy Court seeking the dismissal of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case on February 7, 2020. As per the motion filed by debtor, debtors have sold substantially all of their assets in connection with the sale to the buyer and no longer have ongoing operations. The debtors also are not aware of any material unencumbered assets. Therefore, the debtors have no going concern value to preserve or property available to generate value for the benefit of unsecured creditors.
