Kona Grill, Inc., filed a notice for the termination of the auction for the sale of its substantially all its assets on July 22, 2019. The auction was scheduled for July 23, 2019. As such, no auction will be held and the sale hearing shall proceed solely to solely consider the approval of the proposed sale to the stalking horse purchaser on July 25, 2019. At the sale hearing, the debtors will present the qualified bid of the stalking horse purchaser for approval by the court.
