New Palace International Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2020. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 349.870 million compared to TWD 551.880 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 13.358 million compared to TWD 85.032 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 5.460 million compared to TWD 62.889 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.08 compared to TWD 0.93 a year ago.
New Palace International Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the operation of restaurants and the provision of related services. The Companyâs primary products and services include the provision of traditional catering services, banquets and buffets. The Company is also engaged in the production, processing and trading of fruit juices, drinks, groceries, fresh seafood and frozen fish food, as well as the importing and exporting of tableware. The Company mainly operates through two business segments: domestic operation segment and Asian operation segment. The Company mainly operates its businesses in Taiwan and the rest of Asia.
