New Palace International Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 191.247 million compared to TWD 219.266 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 67.317 million compared to TWD 97.369 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 49.506 million compared to TWD 107.187 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.74 compared to TWD 1.59 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 613.261 million compared to TWD 1,104.335 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 148.047 million compared to TWD 42.663 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 140.088 million compared to TWD 79.786 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 2.08 compared to TWD 1.18 a year ago.
New Palace International Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the operation of restaurants and the provision of related services. The Companyâs primary products and services include the provision of traditional catering services, banquets and buffets. The Company is also engaged in the production, processing and trading of fruit juices, drinks, groceries, fresh seafood and frozen fish food, as well as the importing and exporting of tableware. The Company mainly operates through two business segments: domestic operation segment and Asian operation segment. The Company mainly operates its businesses in Taiwan and the rest of Asia.
