(NSE:3808) in a management buyout transaction for ¥300 million on June 17, 2020. OKWAVE, Inc. will transfer 6890 shares. Kenichi Yoshikawa will acquire additional shares. For the year ended March 2020, BRICKs Corporation Inc. had net assets of ¥65.6 million, total assets of ¥412.6 million, sales of ¥934.7 million, net profit of ¥4.9 million.
