OKWAVE, Inc., formerly K.K. OKWAVE, is engaged in social media business, enterprise solution business and multilingual customer relationship management (CRM) business. The Company operates though three business segments. The Social Media segment provides various services to consumers on the Website, through questions and answers (Q&A) contents. The Enterprise Solution segment is in the provision of systems and consulting services for enterprise through the know-how of Q&A community. The Multilingual CRM segment is engaged in operation of contact centers of multiple languages, including English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese and Spanish on a 24-hour and 365-day basis.
