Polylite Taiwan Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced total revenue was TWD 130.871 million compared to TWD 114.847 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 9.317 million compared to operating Income of TWD 1.185 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 1.203 million compared to net income of TWD 15.099 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.03 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 0.32 a year ago. For the nine months, total revenue was TWD 311.777 million compared to TWD 401.284 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 40.162 million compared to operating Income of TWD 12.749 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 2.306 million compared to net income of TWD 57.047 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.05 compared to basic earnings per share of TWD 1.22 a year ago.
Polylite Taiwan Co., Ltd. is a Taiwan-based company primarily engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of optical lenses. The Company's lenses are made of polycarbonate (PC) and other materials. Its products mainly include vision correction use optical lenses, polarized lenses, coated lenses, dust free lenses, photochromic lenses and anti-blue lenses, among others.
