Its business activities include real estate, accommodation providers, development, including construction, construction installation, water treatment, management consulting, services, including the provision of food and drink, sports, and recreation; business support activities; financial and insurance activities; professional, scientific, and technical activities; service activities, and trade. It focuses on developing flagship projects, such as the SEZ MNC Lido City covering 1,040 hectares out of a total development area of 3,000 hectares, which is a special economic tourism zone in Bogor, which includes MNC Park, Movieland, Lido Music & Arts Center, Lido World Garden, Ernie Els-designed 18-hole World Championship Golf Course with modern golf clubs and private clubhouses, villas and condominiums and new 10-storey hotel development.
