PT MNC Land Tbk Reports Earnings Results for the Half Year Ended June 30, 2023

PT MNC Land Tbk is engaged in the business of developing and managing commercial and residential properties in Indonesia, through its, subsidiaries. Its business activities include real estate, accommodation providers, development, including construction, construction installation, water treatment, management consulting, services, including the provision of food and drink, sports, and recreation; business support activities; financial and insurance activities; professional, scientific, and technical activities; service activities, and trade. It focuses on developing flagship projects, such as the SEZ MNC Lido City covering 1,040 hectares out of a total development area of 3,000 hectares, which is a special economic tourism zone in Bogor, which includes MNC Park, Movieland, Lido Music & Arts Center, Lido World Garden, Ernie Els-designed 18-hole World Championship Golf Course with modern golf clubs and private clubhouses, villas and condominiums and new 10-storey hotel development.
