It focuses on developing flagship projects, such as the SEZ MNC Lido City covering 1,040 hectares out of a total development area of 3,000 hectares, which is a special economic tourism zone in Bogor, which includes MNC Park, Movieland, Lido Music & Arts Center, Lido World Garden, Ernie Els-designed 18-hole World Championship Golf Course with modern golf clubs and private clubhouses, villas and condominiums and new 10-storey hotel development.
