Raysum Co., Ltd. (TSE:8890) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 2,841,800 shares, representing 9.94% of the outstanding shares for ¥8,982.93 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥3,161 per share.
The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and eliminate dilution caused by equity financing. The program will run until November 30, 2023. As of June 30, 2023, the company had 28,594,939 shares outstanding and 486,461 shares in treasury.
Raysum Co., Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the asset management, property management and other businesses. The Company operates through three business segments. Asset Management segment is engaged in the procurement of profitable real estate, and composition and sales of investment products.
