Raysum Co., Ltd. (JASDAQ:8890) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 3,000,000 shares, representing 7.9% of the outstanding shares for ¥1,400 million. The purpose of the program is to enhance capital efficiency and improve shareholder returns. The program will run until April 30, 2020. As of December 31, 2019, the company had 37,979,814 shares outstanding and 8,101,586 shares in treasury.
