Operating income was TWD 30.692 million compared to operating loss of TWD 18.289 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 56.865 million compared to net loss of TWD 25.479 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was TWD 1 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of TWD 0.42 a year ago. Single Well Industrial Corporation is engaged in the manufacture, processing and distribution of optical and semiconductor packaging molds and automation equipment. The Company provides packaging mold series, including molds for plastic dual in-line package (P-DIP), small-outline integrated circuit (SOIC), thin small-outline package (TSOP), thin quad flat pack (TQFP), ball grid array (BGA) and other semiconductor packaging applications, and molds for standard microcircuit drawing (SMD), infrared data (IRDA) and light-emitting diode (LED) and other optoelectronics packaging applications, as well as automation equipment series, including automatic leadframe loaders, SMD automatic packaging machines, LED automatic testing and sorting machines, automatic dispensers, automatic laser code printing machines and other machines. The Company also offers mold and equipment components, as well as relevant maintenance services. It also involves in solar energy business.
