Transcend Information, Inc. Board of Directors proposed dividend distribution for the year ended December 31, 2022. Appropriations of earnings in cash dividends to shareholders of NTWD 4.80 per share and cash distributed from legal reserve and capital surplus to shareholders of TWD 0.80 per share. Total amount of cash distributed to shareholders of TWD 2,402,745,380.
