Transcend Information, Inc. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 2,485.718 million compared to TWD 3,163.909 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 310.008 million compared to TWD 368.088 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 264.607 million compared to TWD 429.876 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.62 compared to TWD 1 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 5,706.128 million compared to TWD 6,843.828 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 727.516 million compared to TWD 732.968 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 728.727 million compared to TWD 797.545 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.7 compared to TWD 1.85 a year ago.
