Transcend Information, Inc. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 11,446.696 million compared to TWD 13,496.186 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 1,211.936 million compared to TWD 1,781.010 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 1,197.735 million compared to TWD 1,728.967 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 2.79 compared to TWD 4.01 a year ago.
Transcend Information, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of memory products. The Companyâs primary products include dynamic random access memory (DRAM) expansion cards, desktop and notebook computer memory cards, server and workstation memory cards, router memory cards, laser printer and facsimile machine memory cards, flash memory application products, compact flash cards, multimedia cards (MMCs), secure digital (SD) cards, moving picture experts group layer-3 audio (MP3) players, digital photo frames, mobile hard drives, external digital video disk (DVD) recorders and solid hard drives. The Company mainly distributes its products in domestic market and overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas and Europe.
