United Breweries Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2023. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 18,900.5 million compared to INR 16,823.1 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 42,049.5 million compared to INR 36,876.7 million a year ago. Net income was INR 1,072.8 million compared to INR 1,340.5 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 4.06 compared to INR 5.07 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 4.06 compared to INR 5.07 a year ago.
For the six months, sales was INR 41,648.4 million compared to INR 41,210.2 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 94,583.8 million compared to INR 88,941.8 million a year ago. Net income was INR 2,434.9 million compared to INR 2,961.4 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 9.21 compared to INR 11.2 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 9.21 compared to INR 11.2 a year ago.
