Urbi, Desarrollos Urbanos, S.A.B. De C.V. Announced earnings results for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2020. For the fourth quarter, the company announced sales was MXN 71.994 million compared to MXN 134.743 million a year ago. Operating loss was MXN 126.384 million compared to MXN 1,238.799 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 119.720 million compared to MXN 1,245.082 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was MXN 10.29 compared to MXN 5.62 a year ago. For the full year, sales was MXN 258.825 million compared to MXN 439.443 million a year ago. Operating loss was MXN 1,147.739 million compared to MXN 1,386.511 million a year ago. Net loss was MXN 1,164.750 million compared to MXN 1,411.405 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was MXN 100.18 compared to MXN 7.64 a year ago.
Urbi Desarrollos Urbanos SAB de CV is a Mexico-based company primarily engaged in the homebuilding sector.
