Urbi, Desarrollos Urbanos, S.A.B. de C.V. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2022. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was MXN 75.09 million compared to MXN 83.94 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 18.21 million compared to net loss of MXN 1.6 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.57 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.14 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 1.57 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 0.14 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was MXN 183.98 million compared to MXN 162.09 million a year ago. Net income was MXN 5.96 million compared to net loss of MXN 12.19 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.51 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 1.05 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was MXN 0.51 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of MXN 1.05 a year ago.
