Viña Concha y Toro S.A. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales were CLP 165,576.609 million compared to CLP 151,184.421 million a year ago. Operating income was CLP 19,787.185 million compared to CLP 14,677.039 million a year ago. Net income was CLP 13,985.404 million compared to CLP 13,535.553 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was CLP 18.72 compared to CLP 18.12 a year ago.
For the half year, sales were CLP 296,263.040 million compared to CLP 275,626.441 million a year ago. Operating income was CLP 29,192.882 million compared to CLP 24,347.853 million a year ago. Net income was CLP 19,313.680 million compared to CLP 19,997.623 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was CLP 25.85 compared to CLP 26.77 a year ago.
