VXL Instruments Limited announced the resignation of Ms. Roopa Hegde as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer. As already informed on 31 May, 2022, the company announced that Ms Roopa Hegde was relieved from the Offices of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from the closure of the business hours of the Company on 15 June 2022. In the interim, Mr. Mahesh Kumar K V, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the Company.
