VXL Instruments Limited informed that Ms. Sachi Shrikumar Lakhotia, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has signified her intention to resign from the Office of Company Secretary of the Company vide her resignation letter dated April 1, 2024 from the office of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of VXL Instruments Limited (the Company) with effect from close of working hours on April 10, 2024. The resignation has been accepted and she will be relieved from her services from the closing hours of April 10, 2024.
