VXL Instruments Limited informed vide letter dated 22 April, 2023, informed that Ms. Reshma M was relieved from the Offices of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from the closure of the business hours of the company on May 12, 2023. In the interim, Mr. Mahesh Kumar K V, Chief Financial Officer of the company has been appointed as the Compliance Officer of the company.
