DD GROUP Co., Ltd. provided earnings guidance for the six months ending August 31, 2023 and year ending February 29, 2024. For the six months ending August 31, 2023, the company expects net sales of JPY 17,733 million, operating profit of JPY 1,390 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,269 million or JPY 64.57 per share.
For the year ending February 29, 2024, the company expects net sales of JPY 34,861 million, operating profit of JPY 2,250 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,835 million or JPY 90.31 per share.
DD Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly Diamond Dining Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in operating eating and drinking business, as well as amusement business. The Company operates in two segments. The Eating and Drinking segment is engaged in operating restaurants and pubs domestically mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and overseas mainly in Hawaii, USA. The Amusement segment is engaged in the operation of luxurious billiards, darts, karaoke, simulation golf, complex cafes and others under BAGUS brand, and other capsule hotels in Tokyo.
