DD Holdings Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending August 31, 2023 and fiscal year ending February 29, 2023. For the six months, the company expects sales of JPY 16,964 million, Operating profit of JPY 665 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 560 million and Basic earnings per share of JPY 25.43.
For the year, the company expects sales of JPY 34,092 million, Operating profit of JPY 1,524 million, Profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,126 million and Basic earnings per share of JPY 51.16.
DD Holdings Co., Ltd., formerly Diamond Dining Co., Ltd. is primarily engaged in operating eating and drinking business, as well as amusement business. The Company operates in two segments. The Eating and Drinking segment is engaged in operating restaurants and pubs domestically mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and overseas mainly in Hawaii, USA. The Amusement segment is engaged in the operation of luxurious billiards, darts, karaoke, simulation golf, complex cafes and others under BAGUS brand, and other capsule hotels in Tokyo.
