MELDIA Development & Construction CO., LTD. (TSE:1739) agreed to acquire Kento Housing Sales Co., Ltd. on August 31, 2022. After the acquisition, Kento Housing Sales will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of MELDIA Development & Construction. MELDIA Development & Construction will acquire 0.0009 million shares of Kento Housing Sales. Kento Housing Sales has reported revenue of ¥2655.848 million, total common equity of ¥481.511 million, total assets of ¥3232.673 million, EBIT of ¥43.506 million and net loss of ¥0.407 million during Fiscal Year ending August 2021. The Board resolution date is August 31, 2022. The transaction is expected to complete on September 30, 2022.
