SeedHeiwa Co., Ltd. announced consolidated earnings results for the nine months ended March 31, 2016. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 6,592 million against JPY 4,114 million a year ago. Operating income was JPY 518 million against JPY 108 million a year ago. Ordinary income was JPY 443 million against JPY 88 million a year ago. Net income attributable to owners of parent was JPY 320 million against JPY 129 million a year ago. Net income per share was JPY 210.86 against JPY 102.12 a year ago.
For the year ending June 30, 2016, the company expects to pay yearend dividend of JPY 5.00 per share against JPY 0.00 per share paid a year ago.
