MELDIA Development & Construction CO., LTD. (TSE:1739) agreed to acquire Taisyo Construction Co., Ltd. from SCholdings Co., Ltd. on October 14, 2022. As a part of transaction, MELDIA Development & Construction CO., LTD. will acquire 800 shares of Taisyo Construction Co., Ltd. For the year ended April 30, 2022, Taisyo Construction reported net worth of ¥139 million, total assets of ¥494 million, sales of ¥572 million, operating income of ¥7.53 million and net loss of ¥2.9 million. The transaction is expected to complete on October 31, 2022.
