Protec Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A053610) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 150,000 shares. The purpose of the program is stock price stability and shareholder value enhancement.
The program will expire on January 11, 2023. As of October 10, 2022, the company had 1,847,656 and 2,344 treasury stock holdings in acquisition within the scope of allotment and through other acquisition, respectively.
PROTEC Co., Ltd. is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture of semiconductor equipment. The Company operates its business through system division and pneumatic division. Its system division provides dispensers, heat slugs and other related products, which are applied in semiconductor industries. Its pneumatic division provides precision pneumatic cylinders, cylinders, general hands, block cylinders, slide cylinders, rodless cylinders and rotary cylinders, which are applied in factory automation, semiconductor equipment and surface mounted systems. The Company distributes its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
